Email is the one channel: hello@nbaheadquarters.com. A short message with a clear subject line is easiest to deal with.
What to write about
- A fact on the site that looks wrong or has gone out of date.
- A hotel that has closed, been renamed or changed its character.
- A suggestion for a hotel that fits one of the four categories.
- Questions about this site, its privacy policy or its terms.
What we cannot help with
We take no bookings and hold no reservation details. Questions about rooms, availability, prices or an existing stay should go to the hotel itself.
Hotels and agencies asking to buy a listing will not get one. Entries are chosen editorially, and that does not change.
Replies
Every message is read. Replies go to corrections and questions first; suggestions are kept for the next revision of the index.
